Philippine: Flash Floods Displace 47,000 In Maguindanao
MANILA, June 1 (Bernama) — The number of displaced persons in the flash floods that hit two low-lying towns in Maguindanao rose to more than 47,000, the disaster coordinating council in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) said Tuesday.
