Budget maneuvers point to poll funds — Binay
The government is now on a spending binge in the guise of pump priming to shield the economy from a global slowdown, but Makati Mayor and United Opposition (UNO) vice presidential candidate Jejomar Binay urged the public to keep a close watch on the budget as he suspects money is again being diverted to the administration’s poll campaigns.
